SIGNATURE ALMOND CROISSANT || $9.50

 

A timeless classic that is an absolute delight. No day old/week old pastries here; a freshly made, twice-baked croissant filled to the brim with buttery a/f burnt butter almond frangipane and topped with a healthy dose of crunchy, stegosaurus almond flake spikes. Our fresh, creamy solo artist (almonds) come courtesy of Taronga Almonds (Willunga, SA). You can find this baby in-store every Saturday.

 

PAIN AU CHOCOLAT || $7

Simple. Elegant. Classic. The little black dress of the croissant world. A soft, airy interior of buttery goodness, a golden, crispen exterior, and two rows of chocolate.

 

SCROLL - CINNAMON DOUGHNUT || $9

Unfetter yourself of your worldly (election day?) woes with soft, cloud-like chunks of cinnamon doughnut embedded in an endless vortex whirlpool of buttery croissant scroll. Coated in cinnamon sugar. Dive in, baby.

 

CROISSANT - CARAMEL SLICE || $11.50

Glossy dark-choc mohawk: check. Fancy frangipane interior: check. This sassy lady is NYATSCS*. A twice-baked croissant filled with a caramel frangipane, salted caramel and shortbread pieces, topped with dark chocolate (70%) ganache and dark chocolate (70%) shards

COOKIE - ALMOND CROISSANT || $4.50

Next up in The Sugar Man Pastry Crucible: our own signature almond croissant. Our spikey boys have had a slice ‘n dice and a roasty-toast before becoming best mates with some caramelised almond flakes and chunks of 62% and 70% chocolate. All attend a meet-and-greet in our classic, chewy, ‘it’s the size of my head’ cookie.
